RN Clinical Supervisor – Ambulatory Ear, Nose, and Throat

Shift: Day Job

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (some flexibility required)

Locations:
Indianapolis, Anderson, Kokomo, Noblesville, and Westfield.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively work toward quality and safety outcomes and assist with overall clinical staff development; serve as a clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff in collaboration with the practice manager.
  • Assist with hiring, coaching, training, education, and performance evaluation feedback; ensure retention of talent and development of low‑performing staff.
  • Collaborate with nursing administration, practice leadership, and other administrative staff to create efficient clinical services, implement process improvements, and assist in quality initiatives.
  • Assist with rooming patients and triage as needed; adhere to quality principles and standards established by Community Health Network.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or similar accredited nursing program, or possess three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Indiana.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Three (3) years of medical office experience required.
  • Two (2) years of clinical supervision or lead experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation and work‑related purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills to provide an exceptional patient and family experience.
  • Ability to maintain strong internal and patient/staff relations.
  • Accountable and self‑directed.
