As a member of the healthcare team here at Riverview Health, the Medical Office LPN for Physician Services demonstrates active patient advocacy to ensure all rights are identified and met for every patient. The LPN encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary patient care services at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the LPN.

This is a PRN position, or as-needed basis.

Medical Office LPN

Job Functions:

• Prepare patients for treatment
• Maintain exam room and supplies
• Assist physician/provider with examinations, diagnostic processes and treatments
• Arrange diagnostic testing and hospital admission
• Perform patient assessment and triage
• Prepare and administer patient medication, injections, and immunizations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Minimum Experience:
  
  Previous patient care experience
• Other Requirements: CPR, and Indiana LPN license
