Role Summary

Quality Correctional Care is looking for Nurse Practitioners to join our team! This person is responsible for leading a team of medical staff while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. They will play a critical part in advancing Quality Correctional Care in the northern region of Indiana. QCC provides a flexible/hybrid schedule and travel accommodations so that candidates can execute their responsibilities with excellence.

Job Purpose

Assist corrections‑involved individuals in their healthcare journey from initial interaction with law enforcement through successful transition to the community.

Requirements
  • FNP designation, currently licensed to practice medicine in Indiana
  • Background check and references required
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Willingness to travel to various correctional facilities in the North Central part of the state
  • Correctional experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Background in family practice, urgent care, or ER medicine preferred
Pay

Compensation is based on licensure and prior experience.

Location

Must be willing to travel to correctional facilities in counties such as Miami, Carroll, Clinton, Cass, Wabash, Fulton, Kosciusko, and others in the North Central region of Indiana.

Hours

Full‑time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week). The position requires some flexibility and occasional weekend work every 4–6 weeks.
