Minute Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based primary and family care in a patient-focused clinical environment.
The NP will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver comprehensive care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, health counseling, and disposition planning.
This is an in-person, patient-facing opportunity reporting to the Practice Manager.
🩺 Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Conduct routine examinations and appropriate diagnostic testing.
- Provide health counseling and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Support health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.
- Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare.
- Manage patient appointments and patient follow-up.
- Assist with clinic opening/closing and inventory management.
- Verify insurance and collect payments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Training: 40 hours/week for 3 weeks
Actual working days and hours may vary based on clinic needs.
Unless otherwise noted, the position may require three out of every six weekends, along with possible holiday rotations.
✅ Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in:
- Family Medicine
- Primary Care
- Urgent Care
- Current NP license in the state of employment and in good standing.
- Master's Degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification.
- Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measurement.
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to practice autonomously and work without direct supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Proficiency with healthcare information systems and technology.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure when required.
