Position Overview

Assistant Store Manager – Full Time, regular. Supports store team, leads customer experience, manages sales targets, and oversees standard operating practices as a key holder.

• Supervise and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead the daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and key holder duties.
• Strategize and execute sales initiatives to achieve store sales goals.
• Train and direct associates, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Make decisions and take initiative to support store operations and customer experience.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and take initiative.
• Strong team building and training skills.
• Computer proficiency.
