Moonshot Game Store is expanding our presence at local trading card shows and events. We are looking for knowledgeable, reliable team members to represent our brand at Pokémon, Magic:
The Gathering, and Sports Card events. This role is ideal for someone who loves trading cards, enjoys talking with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced convention environment.

Google defines a "moonshot" as an extremely ambitious and innovative project. Though Moonshot Games started as just one retail store in downtown Noblesville, we now have a second location in Plainfield, a Youtube stream Rip and Ship by Moonshot, we host private parties in themed rooms, sell Pokemon and Magic and much much more. Today we represent more than just a handful of game stores.

Ours is a place for people without a place. A safe spot to visit, play, laugh, and learn within a loving, supportive community. Yet this dream wouldn't have become reality without our amazing staff and customers, because it was too big to build by our will alone. It was Noblesville's dream, but we will continue to serve our community with plenty more big ideas as we reach for the stars.

Event Sales Associates help operate the Moonshot booth at trading card conventions and shows. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing purchases, answering product questions, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the event. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of trading cards.

• Greet and assist customers visiting the Moonshot booth
• Answer questions about Pokémon, Magic:
  The Gathering, and sports cards
• Help customers find cards, sealed product, or accessories
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
• Represent Moonshot’s brand and reputation at events

• Accurately process customer purchases using our point-of-sale system
• Handle cash, card payments, and digital transactions responsibly
• Ensure pricing accuracy and verify totals before completing sales
• Maintain an organized checkout area

• Identify and locate cards within organized inventory
• Assist customers with set identification, card conditions, and general collecting questions
• Stay familiar with popular products, current sets, and market trends

• Help set up and break down booth displays
• Keep tables organized and inventory presentable throughout the event
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when items are running low
• Assist with general booth maintenance and organization

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling cash and completing transactions accurately
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced event environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Previous retail or cashier experience
• Knowledge of trading card sets, rarity, and card conditions
• Preferred experience:
  
  attending or working trading card shows
• Primarily weekend events
• Some early mornings and full-day shifts
• Occasional travel to regional shows may be required
