Aspen Outdoor Designs is seeking experienced and motivated carpentry foreman who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. We believe in paying our team well, respecting their time, and recognizing their expertise. Accomplished foreman can earn over $70,000 annually.

Strong, non‑union pay structure with bonus opportunities like a sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000 (details provided during the interview) and incentive program.

Perform a variety of tasks towards the completion of decks, roofed structures, privacy screens, etc. including:

• Removal of debris, dig footers, excavate areas for construction, and construct designs per plan.
• Basic electrical, roofing, and other construction knowledge.
• Following construction blueprints during the building process
• Manage a crew of 2-3
• Driving a company truck and trailer.

• Experienced carpenter who take pride in high‑quality work

• Individual who is able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs repeatedly, walk/stand/crouch on uneven ground, climb ladders, work with hand tools, power tools, and operate small and heavy equipment.
• Valid drivers license
