Position at Blackmore & Buckner Roofing Tecta America Commercial Roofing Blackmore & Buckner Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC, is a Union Contractor located in Noblesville, Indiana, provides roofing and sheet metal services for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities across the state of Indiana. Blackmore and Buckner, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for experienced commercial roofers at our Noblesville, IN location We are looking for experienced commercial roofers with 2+ years of experience to work on a variety of different roof systems in many locations across Indiana.

This includes re-roofs and new construction projects.

Commercial Roofer Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
• Perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation
• Install flashings, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specifications
• Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies
• Read and follow job drawings and work orders
• Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
• Work efficiently while meeting schedule and quality expectations
• Communicate effectively with foremen and project management
• Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced crew members

We

Offer:

• STARTING PAY RATE between $22 and $35.50 per hour depending on experience.
• Total union package including Pension, Supplemental pension, and Health and Welfare totaling $47.84/HR for Journeyman.
