Aspen Outdoor Designs, located in Noblesville and serving central Indiana, is growing and seeks motivated, passionate individuals to join its outdoor team. Positions are available for hardscape/paver crews and landscape installation crews.
Responsibilities- Drive crews to job sites in company trucks
- Install elements of a scaled landscape plan, including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Use skid steers, mini track‑loaders, and similar equipment
- Dig out, base, and lay pavers for patios
- Construct outdoor kitchens, firepits, water features, and related structures
- Install low‑voltage outdoor lighting
- Install natural stone products such as boulders and flagstone
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
No weekend work; overtime pay applicable.
