We believe in paying our team well, respecting their time, and recognizing their expertise. Accomplished crew members can earn over $50,000 annually, and qualified candidates are eligible for a sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000.

Perform landscape work on residential properties, including:
- Planting, grading, sodding, mulching, and bed preparation
- Landscape lighting installation
- Installation of natural stone elements such as flagstone steps, boulders, and patios
- Manage a crew of 2-3
- No mowing: this is a construction‑focused landscaping role
- Experienced landscapers who take pride in high‑quality work
- Individuals who enjoy transforming ordinary spaces into beautiful, functional outdoor environments

- Valid driver’s license
