Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician I for our Greenfield, IN neighborhoods. The role involves routine maintenance on facilities, units, and grounds, completing turnovers, and basic troubleshooting of appliances while delivering excellent resident service.
On-site work includes on-call emergencies, safety compliance, and strong communication with residents and team members. Valid driver’s license and HS diploma required; HVAC cert preferred.
