Yoh is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a direct-hire opportunity with our pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Noblesville, Indiana.

This position is ideal for someone with warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where accuracy and meeting strict shipping deadlines are critical.

The products handled in this facility are time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical products that are ultimately shipped for patient use. Extensive training is provided, including cGMP, safety, SOP, and radiation-safety training.

Location: Noblesville, IN

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Base Salary: $50,000 annually plus shift differential

Schedule

Initial Training – Approximately 2 Months:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Permanent Schedule Following Training:

Saturday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Thursday and Friday off

Candidates must be able to complete the Monday–Friday training period and permanently work the Saturday–Wednesday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cycle counting.
  • Accurately process, fill, package, and prepare customer orders according to established procedures.
  • Prepare products and shipping documentation to meet strict, time-sensitive shipment deadlines.
  • Complete product consolidations based on established flight and shipping schedules.
  • Maintain accurate finished-goods inventory using electronic and paper-based systems.
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain complete and accurate warehouse records.
  • Handle radiopharmaceutical products in accordance with established safety procedures and training.
  • Follow cGMP requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
  • Support additional warehouse and distribution activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory, fulfillment, or related experience required.
  • Experience with shipping/receiving, cycle counting, inventory control, order fulfillment, packaging, or finished-goods handling preferred.
  • Previous pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare distribution, food manufacturing, chemical, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience using computerized warehouse, inventory, or distribution-management systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
  • Comfortable completing detailed documentation and working within a highly structured environment.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable working around radiopharmaceutical products after completing required safety and radiation-safety training.
