AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain an 81-unit apartment community in Nogalez, AZ. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

Position is part-time at 36 hours a week.

Pay range is $23.00 - $24.00/hour DOE.

Housing is not available for this position.

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed.

• Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staff

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with subsidized housing (HUD, Tax Credit, or RD) helpful
• General building maintenance skills (painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• General grounds keeping skills
• Ability to manage emergency situations

• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
• Report violations of lease and house rules
• Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance duties
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Follow policies and procedures
