Arizona Distribution Center Associate

As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Inc., you will partner with internal and external customers to provide world class distribution center-centric support. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Materials.

• Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
• Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
• Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.
• Travel Requirements:
  Up to 10% of Travel may be required.

• Experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Frequently positions self to perform tasks and positions objects below, at, and above shoulder level.
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Operates in a warehousing environment.
• Constantly operates a computer and other productivity machinery.
• Dedication to safety to mitigate hazards including handling mechanical and electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heat.
