Executive Assistant to MD

Location:

Noida (Sector 132)

Employment Type:

Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner and oversee day‑to‑day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at multitasking, and enjoys taking ownership of administrative, coordination, and office management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance to Managing Partner

- Manage and coordinate the overall schedule, calendars, and meeting planning.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, partners, clients, and external offices.
- Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodation, logistics, and related arrangements.
- Manage vendors, drivers, and other operational support functions.
- Handle expense management, including credit card reconciliations and bank-related payments.
- Provide research assistance and support on various topics as required.

Office Administration & Human Resources

- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with staff, monitor timing and attendance, and organize team meetings.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor relationships (including IT vendors).
- Coordinate with bankers and maintain relevant documentation.
- Handle petty cash management and reporting.
- Support recruitment activities: job postings, coordination with HR consultants, managing candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain HR documentation including employee database, attendance, leave records, and staff files.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Office Administration, or similar roles.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
- Research-oriented mindset; ability to gather and analyze information efficiently.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Strong follow‑up abilities and a commitment to timely execution.
