About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Promo Editor who understands the pulse of short-format storytelling and can craft compelling, high-retention promos that drive viewership and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- - Edit high-quality promos, trailers, teasers, and short-format marketing assets for micro-drama content.
- Takes individual ownership of promo editing tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with producers, writers, and creative leads to develop promo concepts aligned with narrative, tone, and platform needs.
- Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (vertical, horizontal, 1:1, etc.).
- Manage and organize project files, assets, and timelines efficiently.
- Stay updated with trends in micro-dramas, social-led storytelling, and short video platforms.

Requirements
- - 2-6 years of professional editing experience, ideally in short-form content, micro-dramas, digital series, or entertainment promos.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools.
- A sharp sense of pacing, music selection, and narrative structure for short-form formats.
- A strong showreel showcasing promo work or high-impact short-format editing.
