Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Trainee to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in 2D and 3D design tools, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced broadcast environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing graphics for broadcast, digital, and promotional content
Create 2D and 3D visual assets as per project requirements
Support motion graphics and animation tasks
Work closely with senior designers and production teams
Adapt designs based on feedback and project guidelines
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
Required Skills & Software Proficiency
3D Software (Basic Knowledge)
Autodesk Maya
3ds Max
Blender
Cinema 4D
Adobe Creative Suite(Mandatory Knowledge )
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
Strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D and motion design work
Desired Skills
Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation principles
Knowledge of broadcast graphics workflow (preferred)
Creativity with strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
