Content Writer – Performance Marketing
Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Content Writer who can create high-converting ad copies for paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, You Tube). The ideal candidate understands user psychology, marketing funnels, and writes copy focused on clicks, installs, and conversions — not just engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of copywriting, performance marketing, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Write compelling ad copies for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram Reels, Feed, Stories) and Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube).Create multiple variants of hooks, primary text, headlines, and CTAs. Translate product features into clear benefits, emotional triggers, and problem–solution storytelling. Collaborate with the performance marketing team, creative designers, and video editors. Analyze CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS to optimize and improve ad copy performance.
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience writing performance ad copies for Meta and/or Google.
Strong understanding of direct response copywriting, user psychology, and marketing funnels.
Ability to write short-form hooks, scroll-stopping headlines, and persuasive CTAs.
Strong A/B testing mindset with a performance-first approach.
Excellent command over Hinglish writing style.
Ability to write fast and iterate quickly based on performance insights.
Good to Have
Experience in EdTech / Fin Tech / Consumer Apps
Experience writing for mobile app installs
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–4 years of performance copywriting experience
Has written ads with real media spend
Growth-oriented mindset
Strong interest in hooks, consumer psychology, and conversion-driven copy
