- Manage raw footage organisation & storage
- Edit short-form content:
- Instagram Reels
- You Tube Shorts
- Linked In brand videos
- Meta Ad creatives
- Edit long-form You Tube videos (8–20 mins)
- Produce transformation stories (before-after)
- Create gym launch films
- Develop testimonial & founder storytelling videos
- Repurpose 1 long video into 5–10 micro-content assets
2️⃣ Cinematic Editing & Visual Excellence
- Apply advanced colour grading & cinematic LUTs
- Maintain brand colour consistency
- Use professional shot sequencing (Wide → Mid → Close)
- Apply slow-motion, speed ramping, and dramatic build-ups
- Execute beat-sync music editing
- Create emotional arcs within videos
- Ensure smooth transitions & visual continuity
3️⃣ Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create logo animations & animated brand bumpers
- Develop intro & outro sequences
- Design animated lower-thirds & text overlays
- Create kinetic typography
- Build motion graphics in After Effects
- Integrate animated infographics for educational videos
4️⃣ 3D Design & Advanced Creative (Preferred but Highly Valued)
- Basic to intermediate 3D work using:
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
- 3D logo reveals
- 3D text animations
- Lighting simulation
- Camera movement simulation
- Depth & shadow realism
5️⃣ Performance Marketing Integration
- Create multiple hook variations (3–5 versions per ad)
- Edit for retention (first 3 seconds highly optimised)
- Develop strong CTA sequences
- Optimize for:
- Watch-time
- CTR
- Conversion
- Modify creatives based on performance feedback
- Understand funnel-based content (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
6️⃣ Design Collaboration & Branding
- Work closely with graphic designers (Figma-based workflows)
- Convert static designs into animated formats
- Ensure typography consistency
- Create scroll-stopping thumbnails
- Maintain WTF visual brand guidelines
Required Technical Skills
Software Mastery (Mandatory)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced level)
- Adobe After Effects (Advanced Motion Graphics)
- Adobe Media Encoder
- Adobe Photoshop (Basic Thumbnail Editing)
- Figma (Basic Design Understanding)
Cinematic & Editing Skills
- Professional color grading
- LUT application
- Audio mixing & noise reduction
- Multi-cam editing
