18 is looking for a dynamic  VOD Producer  to join our Digital Video team in  Noida .

Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality VOD (Video on Demand) content covering global, national, and trending topics.
Create compelling explainers that simplify complex geopolitical, economic, and cultural issues.
Research, script, and optimize video content for digital audiences.
Drive audience growth through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
Manage video publishing, optimization, and live-stream operations across You Tube, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.
Develop and execute content strategies for flagship and primetime news shows.
Monitor news trends and identify opportunities for engaging video storytelling.
Produce short-form news content and digital-first video formats.
Coordinate with editorial, graphics, and production teams to deliver high-impact visual stories.
Write broadcast scripts, create links, and support bulletin production when required.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in digital video production, news content creation, or VOD production.
Strong understanding of global news, current affairs, and digital media trends.
Proven experience in scripting, video optimization, and audience engagement strategies.
Hands-on experience with You Tube SEO, analytics, and social media publishing.
Excellent storytelling, research, and editorial skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
