Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Noida. The Designer will contribute to the end-to-end design process for men's apparel, including concept development, sketching, fabric and trim selection, and creation of detailed tech packs. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends in menswear, developing seasonal collections, collaborating with merchandising and production teams, and ensuring designs align with brand identity and target customer needs.

The role also involves reviewing samples, refining fits and details, and maintaining clear documentation for vendors and internal stakeholders. The Designer is expected to participate in design reviews, support visual presentations, and help ensure that final products meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in apparel design processes, including concept development, sketching (hand or digital), and creating detailed technical drawings and specs.
Strong understanding of menswear trends, fabrics, trims, fits, and construction techniques, with an eye for both style and functionality.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, production, and sourcing, and working with vendors or manufacturers.
Comfort with design and productivity tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, CAD tools, MS Office or similar) and the ability to maintain organized design documentation.
Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and respond to feedback constructively.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field; prior experience in menswear is preferred.
Openness to learning, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in fashion and menswear design.
