We are constantly innovating and exploring the power of AI to boost creativity, speed, and audience engagement across our content ecosystem.
We're looking for a proactive Podcast Producer who can own the podcast end-to-end from researching topics and sourcing guests to producing engaging content that performs across social media.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify high-quality guests relevant to our audience
Reach out to founders, creators, industry experts, and influencers via email, Linked In, and other channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the process
Coordinate guest scheduling and manage communication from outreach to episode publication
Prepare research briefs, talking points, and interview notes for each episode
Manage the podcast production workflow from recording to publishing
Collaborate with editors to ensure episodes are delivered on time
Review episodes and identify the most engaging moments for reels, shorts, and promotional clips
Develop a content distribution plan for You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, and other platforms
Coordinate with design, editing, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Requirements:
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Strong research abilities with an eye for compelling stories and guests
Experience with outreach, PR, or guest relations
Understanding of podcast production and content workflows
Ability to identify high-performing moments and shape content for social media
Strong project management and organizational skills
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership
Guest Relations is a must
The ideal candidate should be confident in building relationships with high-profile guests, managing outreach professionally, and representing our brand throughout the guest journey from the first message to the published episode.
