About the Role
Multiplier AI Limited is looking for a highly creative, execution-focused Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong experience in UI/UX design, motion graphics, and AI-powered design tools.

This is a full-time, in-office role where you will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create high-impact visuals and videos across websites, products, social media, and marketing campaigns.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast execution, and building visually strong brands in a high-growth, AI-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Brand Creatives
Design high-quality creatives for websites, landing pages, social media, ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Create banners, posters, infographics, pitch decks, and sales enablement assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

2. Video Editing & Motion Design
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, podcasts, demos, and brand storytelling.
Create reels, shorts, explainers, promos, and ad creatives.
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements.

3. UI/UX & Product Design
Design intuitive UI/UX for websites, dashboards, and digital products.
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation.

4. AI-Enabled Design & Editing
Use AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality, including:
AI image generation & enhancement
AI video editing, captions, background removal
Rapid design variations and prototyping
Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, and creative optimization.

5. Marketing & Growth Support
Design creatives for performance marketing (Linked In, Google, Meta).
Support content and growth teams with visuals for blogs, case studies, and campaigns.
Optimize creatives based on engagement and performance feedback.

6. Ownership & Collaboration
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously.
Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams in-office.
Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
