A Day In The Life Of A Senior Video Editor
You will be responsible for:
Editing raw files from client shoots, content banks, and brand assets to create videos across formats.
Creating reels, videos, ads, reels, social-first content, Instagram and Facebook videos, and other digital video assets.
Managing video, reels, and social video projects from the initial brief to final delivery.
Working with creative, account management, and production teams to understand the brief and deliver sharp edits.
Adapting video content for different platforms, aspect ratios, formats, campaign needs, and media plans.
Working under tight timelines without compromising on quality.
Bringing structure, rhythm, pace, and storytelling to every edit.
✅ You Should Have
Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Working knowledge of After Effects.
Basic understanding of colour grading principles.
Good sense of music, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to clearly express yourself in English, both in writing and orally.
Experience in editing digital-first brand content, reels, ads, and long-format videos.
