Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for Pine Talks and the wider Pine Group ecosystem. The primary focus will be on podcast branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and promotional assets, while also supporting cross-brand requirements such as marketing collateral, emailers, and web creatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, branding, and audience engagement, along with the ability to create impactful and conversion-focused creatives across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives including posts, stories, banners, carousels, ad creatives, and promotional assets.

• Create podcast-specific branding elements such as episode covers, thumbnails, guest announcement creatives, teaser visuals, and campaign creatives for Pine Talks.

• Design marketing collateral including emailers, website banners, landing page creatives, and digital promotional assets.

• Ensure brand consistency across all Pine Group verticals, including Pine Talks, Pine Careers, and Pine Overseas.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets.

• Develop innovative and trend-based designs to improve audience engagement and campaign performance.

• Adapt designs according to platform-specific requirements such as Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, websites, and email marketing platforms.

• Support branding, promotional campaigns, and event-related creative requirements across the group.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• Certification/Diploma in Graphic Designing preferred
Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Graphic Designing, Branding, Digital Marketing Creatives, or Podcast/Content-based Design
