Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Cinematographer role based in Noida. The Cinematographer will be responsible for planning and executing video shoots for advertising campaigns, brand films, social media content, and other visual storytelling projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative directors and producers to interpret scripts and storyboards, selecting camera setups and lenses, designing and adjusting lighting, and overseeing framing, composition, and movement during shoots.

The role involves coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth shoot logistics, maintaining camera and lighting equipment, and contributing to the overall visual style and quality of video content. The Cinematographer is expected to stay current with industry trends and techniques to enhance the agency’s visual output.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Camera Operation and Cinematography, with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visuals.
Experience in Video Production and Film Production, including planning shoots, collaborating with crew, and managing on-set workflows.
Proficiency in Lighting techniques, including designing lighting setups for different moods, locations, and formats.
Knowledge of digital cinema cameras, lenses, and related equipment; familiarity with gimbals, dollies, and other stabilization tools is beneficial.
Understanding of basic post-production workflows, color grading principles, and file formats used in professional video production.
Ability to work closely with directors, producers, and editors, and to take feedback constructively while maintaining high visual standards.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting production timelines and shoot schedules.
Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematography work is required.
