About the Role
We're looking for a  creative, detail-oriented Textile Designer  who enjoys transforming ideas into beautiful products. This role goes beyond designing prints. You'll be involved throughout the product journey, from concept development and sampling to photoshoots, product launches and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Textile Design & Collection Development

· Develop original prints, embroideries and surface designs for home décor products.

· Conduct trend research, prepare mood boards and colour palettes.

· Create artworks using Procreate, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

· Explore new techniques, materials and design ideas aligned with the Sanctuary Living aesthetic.
2.
Sampling & Product Development

· Prepare artwork files and design specifications for new developments.

· Coordinate with the merchandising and production teams during sample development.

· Review strike-offs, embroidery trials and samples, and provide design feedback to ensure they match the intended concept.
3.
Photoshoots & Product Launches

· Assist in product styling and shoot preparation.

· Support collection launches by organizing product images and creative assets.

· Coordinate with the ecommerce team to ensure products are launch-ready.
4.
Creative Design

· Design catalogues, website banners, packaging, campaign creatives and marketing collateral.

· Create creatives for launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

· Assist with customer styling recommendations whenever required.
5.
Design Operations

· Maintain organized artwork files, image libraries and design assets.

· Support other creative and product development initiatives as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design or a related design discipline (Candidates from  NIFT, NID or other reputed design institutes  will be preferred.)
0 to 1 year of experience.  Relevant internships, graduation projects or freelance work will also be considered.
Proficiency in  Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva .
Strong understanding of colour, print development, textiles and design aesthetics.
High attention to detail with a habit of reviewing work before submission.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and proactively follow them through to completion.
Curious, eager to learn and comfortable exploring solutions independently before seeking guidance.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
