Entertainment Journalist

We are seeking a dynamic Entertainment Journalist with 3–6 years of experience to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate will have strong editorial instincts, excellent news judgment, and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry across Bollywood, Hollywood, OTT platforms, and Korean content.

This is a desk-focused role that requires speed, accuracy, creativity, and the ability to identify and develop compelling stories that engage digital audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and cover breaking entertainment news across Bollywood, Hollywood, OTT platforms, and Korean entertainment.
Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging, and factually accurate content.
Identify trending topics and develop timely, audience-focused story ideas.
Optimize content using SEO best practices to maximize search visibility and audience reach.
Track Google Trends, social media conversations, and industry developments to stay ahead of emerging stories.
Work efficiently within a content management system (CMS) to publish and update stories.
Analyze content performance using analytics tools and use insights to improve editorial strategy.
Ensure all content adheres to editorial guidelines, maintains high journalistic standards, and meets tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in entertainment journalism or digital media.
Strong knowledge of Bollywood, Hollywood, OTT platforms, and Korean entertainment.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Sharp editorial judgment and the ability to identify stories with high audience appeal.
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Trends, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and fact-checking skills.

Skills:

Familiarity with digital publishing workflows and audience engagement strategies.
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
