The Role Anya Segen is looking for a video editor who does not just cut footage, add music and export reels.
We need someone who understands rhythm, emotion, narrative, timing and impact.
At Anya Segen, video is not just content. It is a tool to shape perception, build influence and make people feel something within seconds.

What You Will Do You will edit reels, campaign videos, social media films, governance communication videos, brand stories, event edits and short-format digital content.
You will work with writers, designers, strategists and the social media team to turn raw footage, ideas and scripts into sharp, meaningful and high-impact videos.

We Are Looking For Someone Who  Understands storytelling, not just software.
Can edit with pace, emotion and purpose.
Has strong sense of music, cuts, hooks, subtitles and visual flow.
Can make videos look premium, clean and current.
Can work fast without making the output look rushed.
Is curious about politics, society, brands, digital trends and public communication.
Takes ownership and does not wait for every small instruction.

This Role Is Not For You If  You only follow templates.
You edit everything in the same style.
You do not understand why a video is being made.
You need spoon-feeding for every cut, caption and transition.

Experience  Freshers with strong work are welcome.
Experienced editors are welcome too.
Your portfolio matters more than your degree.
Your thinking matters more than your software list.

Compensation  ₹18,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
Final offer will depend on editing quality, storytelling ability, speed, software skills, portfolio, attitude and performance in the selection process.
