About the Role:
RevX Hospitality is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Sales team in Noida. The role involves managing hotel booking inquiries via calls, emails, and Whats App chats, providing detailed information, and effectively converting leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls professionally.
Respond to guest inquiries regarding rooms, rates, availability, amenities, and offers.
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
Provide accurate and updated information about hotel services and promotions.
Maintain a customer-focused and professional communication approach.
Manage reservations through CRM and Hotel PMS systems.
Ensure correct entry of guest details, payment information, and booking confirmations.
Coordinate with hotel operations teams for smooth guest check-in and stay experience.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and guest complaints efficiently.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards.
Achieve revenue and conversion targets.
Upsell room categories, add-on services, and hotel packages.
Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reservations and communication.
Track leads and maintain regular follow-ups on pending bookings.
Ensure minimal missed calls and timely response to all inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Prepare and share daily reservation updates and reports.
Support overall team performance goals.
Contribute to revenue growth by maximizing booking opportunities.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset.
Technical
Skills:
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Prior experience in call handling and customer support (preferred).
Ability to operate booking software, CRM systems, and lead tracking tools.
Understanding of OTA platforms and hotel rate structures (preferred).
Ability to manage and update digital records accurately.
Familiarity with basic email communication and online coordination tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and confident articulation.
Strong customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert inquiries into bookings.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
