Location:

We are building an early-stage hospitality and travel experience startup focused on curated journeys, events, immersive storytelling, and community-driven travel — supported by technology.
At this foundational stage, we are looking for a Co-Founder who brings a hospitality-led mindset, strong ownership, and long-term commitment to help shape and scale the venture.
What we're looking for
Experience or strong interest in hospitality, travel, or events
Understanding of guest experience, travel operations, vendor or partner management
Ability to work hands-on in a lean, early-stage startup
Passion for storytelling, community building, and experiential travel
Collaborative leadership style and comfort with ambiguity
Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the business
Openness to contributing a small pre-seed investment is a plus, but not mandatory
Your role will involve
Shaping hospitality experiences, offerings, and partnerships
Supporting vendor onboarding, alliances, and operations
Contributing to brand, storytelling, and community initiatives
Working closely with the founder on strategy, execution, and growth
What you'll get
