Key Responsibilities:
Handle litigation and arbitration matters across various forums.
Draft pleadings, replies, legal notices, and opinions
Assist in strategizing legal positions in disputes involving complex technical or technological subject matter
Coordinate with clients, technical experts, and senior counsel as required
Represent clients in pre-litigation advisory, negotiation, and dispute resolution processes
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and timelines
Work closely with internal teams and external counsels to provide well-rounded litigation support
Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
LL.B. or LL.M. from tier 1 law schools.
Technical background will be preferred.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
Excellent research skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
