Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Corporate Counsel intern role located in Noida Corporate Counsel intern will be responsible for supporting the legal team in day-to-day legal matters, contracts review, research, and legal document preparation.
Qualifications
Legal research and writing skills
Experience in contracts review and legal document preparation
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Knowledge of corporate law and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school program
