Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Facilities & Administration will provide strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end facilities and workplace services across one or multiple locations. The role focuses on safety, compliance, cost optimization, governance, and employee-centric workplace excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute facilities & administration strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end facilities operations: maintenance, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, utilities, transport (as applicable)
- Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, service standards, and compliance controls
- Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, audits, and cost optimization initiatives
- Own statutory, EHS, fire safety, risk management, and audit readiness
- Manage budgets, forecasts, capex/opex, and financial controls
- Lead critical incidents, emergency response, BCP, and disaster recovery coordination
- Drive digital transformation via CAFM/FMS, automation, and analytics
- Lead sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste management, ESG)
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, IT, Security on expansions, relocations, and fit-outs
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing facilities teams

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field
- 12–18+ years of experience managing large offices, campuses, or multi-location portfolios
- Strong exposure to vendor management, compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder leadership
- Experience in MNC or large corporate environments preferred
