Description:

The Project Manager will work closely with the CEO Office to conceptualize, launch, and independently execute strategic initiatives across the organization. The role is focused on end-to-end project ownership, especially in operations transformation, process enhancement, and automation-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Initiative Execution

- Own end-to-end execution of strategic projects from problem definition to rollout and stabilization.
- Translate leadership vision into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive and execute initiatives such as:
- Process optimization (automation, bots, workflow digitization)
- Operational efficiency and cost optimization programs
- Process redesign and scalability initiatives
- Ensure timely execution with clear success metrics and impact tracking.

2. Project Management & Governance

- Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Create and manage:
- Project charters
- Work plans and milestones
- Risk and dependency trackers
- Weekly status and MIS reports for leadership
- Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.

3. Operations & Process Enhancement

- Deeply understand existing operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design lean, scalable, and tech-enabled processes.
- Work closely with HR Ops, Business Teams, Tech, and Finance teams to implement changes.
- Drive SOP creation, process documentation, and rollout.

Candidate Profile:

- 2–3 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or operations transformation
- Proven experience of handling projects independently end-to-end
- Prior exposure to process improvement, automation, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Experience working with senior leadership / CEO office / central strategy teams is a plus

Education:

- MBA preferred (Strategy, Operations, General Management, or equivalent)
- Engineering or analytical background is an added advantage
