The Leadership Role
As the Vice President of PV Modules Sales , you will be a key driver of our market dominance. We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead sales growth and solidify our market presence in the solar photovoltaic sector. You will be responsible for architecting strategic partnerships, overseeing high-value accounts, and directing sales execution across C&F networks, IPP developers, OEM partnerships, and Government/B2B2G segments.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion
Sales Architecture: Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive sales strategies for PV modules across all primary market segments.
Growth Identification: Pinpoint emerging business opportunities and untapped market territories to ensure HVR Solar’s continued expansion.
Revenue Accountability: Build and command a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue benchmarks.
Intelligence & Positioning: Lead market analysis and competitor assessments to maintain our competitive edge and product positioning.
Channel Ecosystem Management
C&F Strategy: Direct the establishment and management of a high-performing Carry & Forward distributor network nationwide.
IPP & Developer Relations: Cultivate executive-level relationships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and navigate complex project-based sales cycles.
Strategic OEM Partnerships: Oversee large-scale orders for Tier-1 companies, ensuring flawless execution and long-term collaboration.
Government & B2B2G Excellence: Mastermind our approach to government contracts, tenders, and institutional sales through effective B2B2G liaising.
High-Stakes Account Management
Strategic Alliances: Manage key accounts and nurture long-term strategic relationships with our most significant clients.
Negotiation & Profitability: Lead high-level negotiations on contracts and pricing to maximize market share while protecting profitability targets.
Technical Advisory: Provide executive oversight on technical consultations regarding PV module specifications and applications.
Service Excellence: Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction through high-standard order management and proactive after-sales support.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Leadership Experience 8–10 years of proven success in at least one of the following:
C&F Channel Development in renewable energy or industrial sectors.
IPP Developer Relations with a deep understanding of project life cycles.
OEM Strategic Management for Tier-1 companies in large-scale B2B contexts.
Government/B2B2G Liaising with mastery over tender processes and procurement.
✔ Educational Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) is preferred.
An MBA or relevant management qualification is a distinct advantage.
✔ Core Competencies & Technical Mastery
Industry Expert: Strong technical command of solar PV technology, module specifications, and global industry standards.
Policy Fluent: Deep knowledge of government solar policies, subsidies, and the Indian regulatory framework.
Systems Driven: Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and the MS Office Suite.
Influencer: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills at the CXO level.
