The Head – Administration will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving a world-class workplace experience across the Noida Corporate Office and Noida Manufacturing Plant.
This role goes beyond traditional administration and facilities management — it is about creating an employee-centric, safe, efficient, compliant, and engaging work environment that enables productivity, collaboration, and organizational culture.
The incumbent will act as a culture carrier and experience architect, ensuring that infrastructure, services, and support functions directly contribute to employee engagement, business continuity, operational excellence, and leadership brand.
Key Leadership Accountabilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Act as the Department Head for Administration, defining the vision, operating model, policies, and service standards for all Admin functions.
- Partner with India Leadership, HR, IT, EHS, Security and Finance to align workplace strategy with business and people priorities.
- Establish strong governance frameworks, SOPs, SLAs and compliance mechanisms across corporate and plant operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with best-in-class MNC workplace standards.
2. Employee Experience & Workplace Culture
- Own the end-to-end employee workplace experience across offices and plant — from entry to exit.
- Design and implement initiatives focused on:
- Employee comfort, engagement and wellbeing
- Collaboration spaces and modern workplace design
- Hospitality mindset in internal services
- Act as a champion of “Employee First” philosophy in all administrative services.
- Regularly capture employee feedback (surveys, focus groups) and translate insights into improvement actions.
3. Corporate Office & Plant Administration
- Overall responsibility for:
- Facilities & infrastructure management
- Front office, transport, cafeteria, housekeeping
- Travel, accommodation and vendor services
- Security and access management
- Office space planning and utilization
- Ensure seamless integration of corporate and plant admin operations while respecting unique operational needs of manufacturing.
4. Facilities, Infrastructure & Asset Management
- Lead end-to-end management of:
- Buildings, utilities, AMC contracts
- Space planning, layout optimization
- Asset lifecycle management
- Workplace digitization (smart office initiatives)
- Drive cost optimization without compromising employee experience and service quality.
5. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with:
- Statutory, regulatory and audit requirements
- Fire safety, EHS, labor compliances
- ISO / internal audit standards (if applicable)
- Lead crisis management, business continuity planning and emergency response protocols.
6. Vendor & Financial Management
- Own all major Admin budgets and Cap Ex / OpEx.
- Manage strategic vendors and partners with strong governance:
- SLAs, KPIs, cost control, performance reviews
- Drive commercial excellence, contract negotiations and service quality.
7. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor a multi-site admin team across corporate and plant.
- Build a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Develop future leaders within Admin function.
- Embed accountability, ownership and continuous learning.

Experience & Qualification
Experience:
- 15–20+ years of progressive experience in Administration / Facilities / Workplace Management.
- At least 5–8 years in a senior leadership / department head role.
- Prior experience in MNC / large corporate environments.
- Strong exposure to both corporate office and manufacturing plant administration is highly preferred.
Education:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management or related field.
- Certifications in Facilities / EHS / Project Management are a plus.
