Who are we looking for:

B.Tech, MTech, BCA, MCA

• Proven experience in account management with a minimum of 5 years in Account Management.

• Strong understanding of IT Services Industry and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Foster trusted advisory relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
Gain an in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Continuously propose solutions to enhance relationships with existing customers and meet their objectives.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing clients.
Implement account mining strategies to increase current revenue streams.
Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
Contribute significantly to generating new sales and building long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Act as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
Prepare and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
