Role Scope:
Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on business performance and key decisions
Translate business data into clear priorities and action plans
Drive execution of strategic initiatives across functions
Ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through at the leadership level
Bring rigor to planning, reviews, and governance mechanisms
Ideal Profile:
3–5 years in strategy, consulting, analytics, or CEO’s Office roles
MBA/Engineering from a reputed institute
Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving ability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High ownership, planning discipline, and comfort managing multiple priorities
Retail/consumer experience preferred
