Overview:  Person will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end administrative functions at the corporate office. The role requires hands-on experience in office administration, government liaisoning, statutory compliance coordination, vendor management, and facility operations within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Office Management
Oversee daily administrative operations of the corporate office.
Ensure smooth functioning of all facilities, utilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and control systems.
Manage office infrastructure, space planning, and asset management.
Monitor and control admin budgets and expenses.
2. Liaisoning & Regulatory Coordination
Coordinate and liaise with government authorities, municipal corporations, development authorities, electricity boards, water departments, fire department, pollution control board, etc.
Facilitate approvals, licenses, renewals, and statutory permissions required for corporate office and project sites.
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
Track compliance timelines and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Vendor & Contract Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Ensure cost optimization and service quality standards.
Monitor AMC contracts, facility contracts, and service-level agreements.
4. Facility & Infrastructure Management
Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, cafeteria, and maintenance teams.
Ensure workplace safety, fire compliance, and statutory display requirements.
Oversee repair & maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
Manage corporate office events and logistics.
5. Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain records of office assets, fixed assets, and inventory.
Conduct periodic audits and ensure asset tracking.
6. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the administration team.
Drive performance management and staff training initiatives.
