Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our on-site team in Noida. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational functions, manage resources, implement efficient workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. This role involves identifying areas for improvement, creating strategies to enhance productivity, and ensuring the organization meets its operational goals. The Operations Manager will also communicate and collaborate with various teams to foster organizational growth and success.

He/she will also be an individual contributer where their responsiblity lies in app and class management.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
Proficiency in process optimization, workflow management, and resource planning
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Understanding of technology and tools used in education, project management, or business operations
Experience in operations management or related fields; prior experience in the education or edtech sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
