Huddle Stays is a tech-enabled premium co-living company focused on creating high-quality student and young professional housing across India. With operations across Delhi-NCR and Ahmedabad, Huddle Stays manages a fast-growing portfolio of purpose-built co-living spaces designed for today’s Gen Z residents.

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end site execution for our upcoming and ongoing projects.

Project Manager – Site Execution

Location:

Delhi NCR / Ahmedabad (as per project requirement)

Experience:

3–7 years preferred

Education:

B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of interior and civil fit-out projects for co-living properties.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for timely project delivery.
Monitor site progress, quality standards, timelines, and budgets on a daily basis.
Ensure smooth execution of MEP, civil, furnishing, and finishing works.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-ground execution challenges.
Track material procurement and ensure availability as per project schedule.
Maintain project reports, BOQs, progress trackers, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
Coordinate handover readiness and snag resolution before launch.
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and budgets.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
B.Arch degree is mandatory.
Strong understanding of site execution, interiors, civil works, and project coordination.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and fast-paced project timelines.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, project tracking tools, and BOQ management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Prior experience in hospitality, co-living, residential, or commercial interior projects is preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable with frequent site visits and execution-driven responsibilities.
