Practice Manager
Key Expectations
Act as a working manager / manager of managers, accountable for overall team performance
Own end-to-end delivery across Operations and/or Technology ensuring client satisfaction
Drive client delivery, financial performance, quality, and risk management
Define measurable KPIs and build a sustainable delivery model
Lead resource strategy, demand–supply planning, and capacity optimization
Deliver against financial targets for the practice
Develop, coach, and engage teams while building a strong talent pipeline and succession plan

Role Description
The Practice Manager is a working manager or manager of managers accountable for the overall performance of the practice and its members. The role owns all aspects of delivery—Operations and/or Technology—to ensure customer and client satisfaction through effective planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
The Practice Manager defines key success metrics, builds strong client relationships, and creates a sustainable delivery model that meets or exceeds contractual performance standards. The role also leads to resource strategy, financial planning, and demand–supply alignment, while ensuring seamless transitions for new client implementations.
In addition, the Practice Manager has full accountability for people and talent management, including performance assessment, career development, engagement, retention, and succession planning, while collaborating across performance teams for seamless client delivery.
