Team Leadership:

Performance Development:
Engage team members through coaching, training, and performance management to enhance skills and professional growth.
Service Delivery Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of the Payroll function and HR Solutions Centre in APAC, ensuring outstanding performance across HR service areas.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer service using insights and best practices.
Metrics and Insights:
Monitor team performance metrics (e.g., payroll accuracy, SLAs, resolution speed, and feedback) and use data trends to inform leadership decisions.

Collaboration:

Serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring effective communication across HR functions and stakeholders.
Program and Strategy Implementation:
Lead the rollout and adoption of core Cencora people programs, payroll strategies, and new Time and Attendance solutions across the region.
Innovation and Technology:
Drive initiatives to optimize service delivery and improve the employee experience through technology and process advancements.
