About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 15 years of robust experience spanning Direct and Indirect Taxation, EXIM, Customs, and Global Trade Compliance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing operations within SEZ, FTWZ, and 100% EOU environments, alongside a strong background in Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Global Trade Compliance
Manage end-to-end regulatory compliance for FTWZ, Co-Developer, and SEZ Units in accordance with the SEZ Act, Customs Act, DGFT, GST/IGST laws, FEMA, and allied regulations.
Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and compliance frameworks for duty-free imports, bonded inventory management, and SEZ benefits utilization.
Manage FTWZ operations, including bonded warehouse purchases, client onboarding, compliance documentation, and inventory controls.
Pricing, Costing & Profitability
Own costing models and price structures for machines, automation lines, turnkey solutions and AMC.
Ensure margin benchmarking across principals / OEM partnerships.
Control special pricing, deviation approvals and long-term contract profitability.
Contracts, Tenders & Risk Management
Lead review and closure of:
Customer contracts, tenders and legal terms
Payment milestones, LD clauses, warranties, guarantees and liabilities
Protect NMTronics against commercial and legal exposure.
Standardize contract templates and approval matrices.
4. Order-to-Cash Ownership
End-to-end ownership from order acceptance → invoicing → collections → closures.
Ensure milestone billing discipline and clean AR cycles.
Drive reduction in receivables, overdue and bad-debt risk.
5. Credit Control & Working Capital
Own customer credit policies, credit limits and advance structures.
Improve cash flow, reduce working capital lock-ups.
Monitor dealer, SI and key account credit exposures.
6. Principal / OEM Commercial Interface
Commercial interface with global machine OEMs and technology partners.
Own commercial negotiations, margin structures, back-end rebates and compliance.
7. Team & Process Build-up
Build Commercial, Contracts and O2C teams.
Implement SOPs, approval workflows and ERP discipline.
Lead audits, compliance and commercial hygiene.
8. Miscellaneous
In-depth knowledge of FTWZ, MOOVR scheme, and SEZ customs procedures.
Manage commercial transactions under FTWZ (Free Trade Warehousing Zone) and MOOVR scheme, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Oversee SEZ customs clearance for import/export of machinery, capital goods, and related equipment. Ensure accurate documentation including BOE, shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and statutory filings. Coordinate with customs authorities, SEZ officials, FTWZ operators, and logistics partners).
Strong negotiation skills with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
Excellent communication with customers and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard creation and MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple high-value shipments with strict timelines.
Commercial acumen with a focus on cost optimization and operational excellence.

Requirement:

Education:

CA / MBA Finance / Costing preferred

Experience:

10 - 15 years in B2B capital equipment / automation / engineering / industrial solutions
Domain: SMT / Electronics Manufacturing / Automation / EV / Solar equipment strongly preferred
Strength:
Pricing, contracts, O2C, credit, OEM commercial handling
