Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead operations for a large portfolio of global clients with end-to-end accountability for program delivery.
Act as a trusted partner to clients , ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to contractual commitments.
Lead executive-level communication and stakeholder management within client organizations.
Drive a culture of transformation aligned with client and organizational goals.
Establish and manage strong operational governance cadence with clear reporting and service visibility.
Drive revenue growth and expansion opportunities within key accounts.
Ensure strong and sustainable P&L performance , aligned with business case expectations.
Deliver operational, transformational, and contractual commitments effectively.
Implement organizational strategies around operational efficiency, location strategy, and cost optimization.
Lead and develop large teams, driving performance culture and career growth.
Conduct townhalls, skip-level meetings, and 1:1 leadership interactions .
