Regional Business Head – Retail Sales (Fintech)
Noida | 6 Days Working
Are you a high-impact sales leader with a passion for scaling fintech businesses We're looking for a Regional Business Head to drive growth, lead large teams, and build a strong retail footprint in a fast-growing fintech environment.
What You'll Own
Drive regional P&L and revenue growth
Lead merchant/customer acquisition for fintech products (Payments, Lending, Insurance, etc.)
Build and execute high-impact sales strategies
Manage and scale large field sales teams
Strengthen channel partnerships & distribution networks
Track market trends and outperform competition
What We're Looking For
8–15 years of experience in Fintech & Payments
3–5+ years in team handling / leadership roles
Strong background in retail or merchant acquisition
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & analytical skills
