Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Association Manager at Workshaala Spaces in Kolkata. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, fostering a sense of community among tenants, handling tenant inquiries and concerns, organizing events and activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workspace.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience in property or facility management
Knowledge of community building and event coordination
Ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Oversee and manage all facility operations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ensuring buildings are well-maintained and operating efficiently
Be the first point of escalation for clients
Vendor Management
Handling Manpower staff
Ability to build relationships and connect with people
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the real estate or coworking industry is a plus
