Salary:40,000 - 50,000
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, gaming or club management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Ability to manage shifts and resolve issues efficiently
Knowledge of poker operations is preferred
Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day floor operations
Manage dealers and support staff
Ensure smooth game flow and customer satisfaction
Handle guest concerns professionally
Maintain discipline and operational standards
Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management
