Position: Senior Admin Officer-Apeejay School Greater
Apeejay Education Society is looking for Senior Admin Officer for Noida and Greater Noida location

Summary of Job :
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure smooth functioning of all support functions like  Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Repair& Maintenance, canteen, Fire, Safety measures . To ensure deadlines and safety of the Institute at all time

Job Responsibilities:

Administration:
Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of Campus.
To ensure all AMC's are renewed timely.
Escalation for up gradation /renewals as required in conjunction with HO
Responsible for overseeing transport management wrt (i) All compliances are being followed. (ii) Documentation (iii) Changes/ Improvisation required if any.
Responsible for cost effective solutions without compromising quality at all time.( Coordination for printing of flex/hoardings at office in concern with HO) .

Housekeeping:

- 1) Vendor Management to ensure the required no. of personnel are present as per agreed format.
2) To ensure that Housekeeping staff carry out their outlined work along with HK Supervisor.
3) To escalate timely in case of emergency.
4) Periodic/ Regular review and feedback to vendor.
To ensure mess / canteen is running with proper hygiene.
Taking care of horticulture.
Security :
To manage and direct the overall safety and security operations of the Campus.
To co-ordinate all safety and security planning pertaining to personal safety of the students, staff and the public. To develop, design and oversee the Institutes implementation of facilities safety and security devices, patrols and alarms.
Liasoning:
Build and manage relation with all concerned regulatory authorities. Like Water Authority, Police Department, Electricity Department, BSNL, Banks etc.
Ensure compliances for all the above at all time, Timely escalation in case of any misuses/ delays/ lapse.
Repair & Maintenance:
Ensure timely service and maintenance of all vehicles in conjunction with HO
Service bills to be timely put for processing.
Ensure DG sets are working properly
PRIMARY ROLE:
General Administration:

- Maintenance and updation of Fixed Assets Register , store stock register etc.
Overall supervision of Buildings, Gardens and Grounds and Office under guidance of Admin Head / Manager
Safety and Security of Campus
Visiting government offices as and when required as per the advice of Admin Head / Manager
Supporting in arrangements for all events and Society meetings, etc.
Maintenance
Ensure proper maintenance of all buildings, furniture, equipment and grounds.
Ensure continuous water supply and electric power/Maintenance of fuel consumption and record register.
Ensure daily general upkeep of campus
Personnel
Maintain service records i.e. Adhaar Card, Police verification of housekeeping, security and bus guards.
Sanction leave as per rules for all administrative and Class 4 staff and maintain up to date leave records.
Liaison
Maintain close liaison with local authorities useful to the University's smooth functioning.
OR
ANY OTHER WORK ASSIGNED BY THE REPORTING MANAGERS.

Job Knowledge (Prerequisite)
Should have experience of handling the administrative tasks in a Campus
Proven ability of handling/dealing with housekeeping staff
knowledge of estate repair & maintenance
Should be able to able to manage security of Campus effectively
Should be able to manage transportation.

Education Qualification :
Graduation / Equivalent to Graduation

Experience :  6+ years of experience in similar field
